Effective date: October 11, 2026
Paridym Agency Inc. (“Paridym,” “DON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the DON application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use the Service.
Contact our privacy team at privacy@paridym.ai. For product support, contact support@paridym.ai.
1. Scope
This policy applies to DON’s applications, websites, support channels, and related services. The separate DON Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy provides additional disclosures and rights concerning consumer health data.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect:
- account and profile information, including name, username, email address, account identifiers, optional phone or address information, and authentication records;
- legal acknowledgements, consent selections, electronic-signature information, and consent history;
- conversations, prompts, voice recordings, transcripts, feedback, files, imported AI history, and other content you submit;
- goals, plans, workouts, routines, commitments, tasks, calendar details, reminders, preferences, memories, reflections, relationship information, religious preferences, financial context, and other information you choose to provide;
- health, fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, medication, symptom, or wellness information you choose to provide; and
- support communications and privacy requests.
Information you authorize from devices and connected services
With your permission, DON may receive selected information from Apple Health, Calendar, Reminders, email, task, or other connected services. The available categories depend on the permissions and integrations you enable. You may change Apple permissions in iOS Settings or the Health app and disconnect supported integrations within DON.
Information collected automatically
We may collect device and app information, approximate network information, timestamps, feature usage, transaction and subscription status, crash and diagnostic information, security events, request identifiers, and server logs. We do not use this information for cross-app advertising or tracking.
Information we create
DON may create summaries, classifications, recommendations, inferred preferences, contextual memories, risk or safety signals, and other derived information to provide and personalize the Service. AI-generated inferences may be incomplete or inaccurate.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and authenticate accounts;
- provide conversations, voice features, plans, workouts, routines, reminders, and requested integrations;
- retrieve relevant saved information and personalize responses;
- perform or prepare user-requested actions;
- process and verify subscriptions;
- provide support and respond to privacy requests;
- protect users, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, debug failures, and maintain reliability;
- evaluate and improve DON, subject to applicable consent and contractual restrictions;
- enforce our Terms of Use; and
- comply with applicable law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4. AI processing
DON asks for explicit permission before sending personal information to OpenAI or xAI. Depending on the feature, the information sent may include prompts, microphone audio, transcripts, recent conversation context, and relevant saved context such as goals, workouts, calendar information, reminders, health or fitness summaries, relationship information, religious preferences, financial context, or imported AI history.
DON is designed to send context relevant to the current request, rather than the entirety of your account. You may withdraw future AI-processing permission under System & Privacy → AI Data Processing. Without permission, AI conversations and personalized AI features will not operate.
Paridym does not authorize OpenAI or xAI to train general-purpose models on DON API content. Provider-side retention and controls depend on the applicable business account, endpoint, and contract. OpenAI states that API abuse-monitoring logs may generally be retained for up to 30 days unless different approved controls apply. We do not represent that provider processing has zero retention unless that configuration has been confirmed for the applicable account and endpoint.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to:
- Supabase, for authentication, database, storage, logging, and server-side infrastructure;
- OpenAI, for permitted AI text, moderation, transcription, or speech processing;
- xAI, for permitted Grok text, web-search, realtime voice, transcription, speech, or voice-preview processing;
- Apple, for app distribution, device permissions, HealthKit, and subscription transactions;
- email, task, calendar, or other connected services you deliberately authorize;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and vendors supporting security, compliance, or business operations;
- authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or handle legal claims; and
- a successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Health and sensitive information
HealthKit data is used only to provide health and fitness features requested by the user. We do not use HealthKit information for advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated credit, employment, or insurance decisions. DON may process other sensitive information only as directed by you and as described in this policy, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and the AI Processing Notice.
7. Retention
We use the following retention framework unless a shorter period is required by law, you delete information sooner through an available control, or a longer period is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legal claims:
- account profile, conversations, transcripts, goals, plans, workouts, memories, connected-service content, and health or fitness content: while the account is active;
- raw voice audio: only as long as needed to process the requested voice feature, unless a feature clearly states that audio will be saved;
- failed-request diagnostics and ordinary server logs: generally up to 90 days;
- security and audit events that do not contain full conversation content: generally up to 12 months;
- privacy-request and consent records: up to six years after the request, consent, withdrawal, or account closure;
- subscription, transaction, tax, and accounting records: for the period required by applicable financial and tax law, generally up to seven years;
- deleted production account content: deletion or de-identification begins after identity verification and is completed within the period required by applicable law and operationally feasible for the verified request; and
- encrypted backups: removed through the ordinary backup-rotation cycle, targeted within 90 days after production deletion, unless preservation is legally required.
When deletion from an active backup is not technically feasible, the information remains isolated from ordinary use and is deleted when the backup expires or is restored.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, confirmation, correction, portability, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal. You may:
- use System & Privacy in DON to request an export, request account deletion, or withdraw AI permission;
- change device permissions in iOS Settings or the Health app;
- disconnect supported integrations;
- manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple Account; or
- email privacy@paridym.ai.
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect the account. If we deny a privacy request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@paridym.ai with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed for the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted network connections, access controls, audit logging, platform permission controls, and Apple Keychain storage for supported device credentials. No security method is guaranteed, and we cannot promise absolute security.
10. International processing
Paridym and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Adults only
DON is intended for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. Contact privacy@paridym.ai if you believe a minor has provided personal information.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. We will revise the effective date and provide notice appropriate to the materiality of the change. Where required, we will obtain renewed consent before materially changing sensitive-data or AI-processing practices.

Paridym Website and SMS Privacy
SMS supplement effective date: October 15, 2026
This supplement applies to Paridym website consultation requests and optional Paridym text messages. It does not expand the purposes for which DON health data or AI conversations may be used.
Information and purposes
When you request a consultation, we collect the contact and business details you submit to respond to your request. If you choose either SMS option, we also record your phone number, separate marketing and non-marketing choices, the consent wording and version presented, the submission time, and the source form. Providing a phone number, choosing phone contact, or submitting a consultation request alone does not authorize SMS messages.
Marketing SMS consent covers special offers, discounts, and information about Paridym services. Separate non-marketing consent covers consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates related to services you request. Either, both, or neither option may be selected. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of requesting a consultation.
Mobile information and sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Choices, records, and privacy requests
To stop text messages, reply STOP to a message from Paridym. For messaging help, reply HELP or contact support@paridym.ai. You may also contact support to withdraw SMS consent. Choosing not to receive texts does not prevent you from requesting a consultation by email.
We retain consultation and consent records as reasonably needed to respond to requests, manage communication preferences, and meet applicable legal obligations. Unsubscribing does not automatically delete consent or suppression records that are needed to honor your preferences or satisfy applicable law. Contact privacy@paridym.ai to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
