This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the DON service provided by Paridym Agency Inc. It supplements the DON Terms of Use.
You may not use DON to:
- violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
- threaten, harass, exploit, abuse, stalk, or facilitate harm to another person;
- create, obtain, distribute, or promote child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation of minors;
- facilitate human trafficking, terrorism, violent wrongdoing, or instructions intended to cause physical harm;
- conduct fraud, phishing, impersonation, identity theft, deceptive practices, or financial crime;
- create, distribute, or operate malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, or other harmful code or cyber activity;
- collect, infer, expose, or monitor personal or sensitive information without lawful authority;
- make consequential decisions about another person in employment, housing, education, lending, insurance, healthcare, legal services, or access to essential services without lawful authority, appropriate expertise, and meaningful human review;
- provide or market unlicensed professional services;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights;
- bypass, disable, probe, overload, or interfere with DON’s safety, access, billing, rate-limit, or security controls;
- scrape or extract the Service or its output at scale without written permission;
- reverse engineer or use the Service to create a competing model or service except where such a restriction is prohibited by law;
- misrepresent AI-generated material as verified professional advice or as human-created when disclosure is required;
- submit passwords, authentication codes, payment-card information, government identification numbers, private cryptographic keys, or other secrets to AI features; or
- encourage another person to engage in prohibited conduct.
Paridym may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or others, or to comply with law. We may preserve and disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary for security and legal claims, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
