Age Eligibility and Safety

DON is an artificial-intelligence-powered planning and personal-development service operated by Paridym Agency Inc.

This notice explains DON’s age requirement, safety limitations, and appropriate use.

Adults Only

DON is intended exclusively for adults who are at least 18 years old.

You may not create, access, or use a DON account if you are under 18. By creating an account or using DON, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to agree to the DON Terms of Service
  • The information you provide about your age is accurate
  • You are using DON on your own behalf unless legally authorized to act for another adult

A parent or guardian may not create an account for a child or authorize a person under 18 to use DON.

The App Store’s displayed content rating describes the suitability of the app’s content. It does not modify DON’s contractual requirement that every user be at least 18 years old.

Age Verification and Enforcement

We may use reasonable measures to confirm age eligibility, including:

  • Asking for a date of birth or confirmation of adult status
  • Requesting account verification when there is reason to believe a user is under 18
  • Reviewing reports of suspected underage use
  • Limiting, suspending, or terminating access while eligibility is investigated

We will not intentionally request government identification unless reasonably necessary and legally permitted. If additional verification is necessary, we will seek to collect the minimum information required.

We may suspend or delete an account if:

  • The account holder is under 18
  • False age information was provided
  • The user refuses a reasonable age-verification request
  • The account is being shared with or operated for a person under 18
  • Continued access would create a legal, security, or safety risk

Information About Minors

DON is not directed to children, and Paridym Agency Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through DON.

If we learn that an underage person has created an account or provided personal information, we may:

  • Suspend access immediately
  • Delete or de-identify the account and associated information
  • Preserve limited records when legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
  • Take additional steps required by applicable law

If you believe a person under 18 is using DON, email support@paridym.ai with the subject “Underage User Report.”

Do not send a child’s medical records, government identification, school records, precise location, photographs, or other sensitive information in the initial report.

Personal-Development Tool

DON is designed to help adults organize goals, reflect on priorities, develop routines, track progress, and receive AI-generated planning assistance.

DON is not:

  • A medical provider
  • A mental-health professional
  • A therapist or counselor
  • An emergency service
  • A crisis-monitoring service
  • A lawyer
  • A financial adviser
  • A fiduciary
  • A substitute for qualified professional judgment

Using DON does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with Paridym Agency Inc.

Artificial Intelligence Limitations

DON uses artificial intelligence. AI-generated output may be:

  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete
  • Misleading
  • Outdated
  • Inconsistent
  • Unsuitable for your circumstances

DON may misunderstand what you say, fail to remember information, draw an incorrect inference, or recommend an action that is not appropriate for you.

You are responsible for reviewing DON’s output and deciding whether to act on it. Verify important information independently and consult an appropriately qualified professional before making consequential decisions.

Do not rely on DON as the sole basis for decisions involving:

  • Medical diagnosis or treatment
  • Mental-health treatment
  • Medication
  • Self-harm or suicide risk
  • Legal rights or obligations
  • Investments, taxes, credit, or debt
  • Employment
  • Housing
  • Insurance
  • Education
  • Personal safety
  • Emergency response
  • Other decisions capable of producing legal or similarly significant effects

Medical and Health Information

DON may help you organize health-related goals or display information you choose to provide or connect. This does not make DON a medical device, healthcare provider, or diagnostic service.

DON does not diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent disease. It does not determine whether an activity, diet, exercise program, medication, treatment, or health decision is safe for you.

Before changing an exercise program, diet, treatment plan, medication, sleep routine, or other health-related behavior, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional—especially if you:

  • Have a diagnosed medical condition
  • Are pregnant or recently gave birth
  • Take prescription medication
  • Have a history of injury
  • Experience chest pain, fainting, breathing difficulty, severe pain, or other concerning symptoms
  • Have been advised to limit physical activity
  • Have concerns regarding mental health, eating disorders, or substance use

Health and wellness information shown by DON may come from you, a connected service, a device, or an AI-generated inference. It may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being

DON may support reflection, habit formation, or general emotional well-being, but it is not therapy and cannot evaluate your mental state reliably.

DON does not continuously monitor conversations for signs of crisis. It may fail to identify urgent language or may respond incorrectly.

Do not use DON as a substitute for a licensed mental-health professional or crisis service.

If content generated by DON increases distress, encourages unsafe behavior, or feels inappropriate:

  1. Stop following the recommendation.
  2. Leave or close the app if necessary.
  3. Contact a trusted person or qualified professional.
  4. Report the response to support@paridym.ai without including unnecessary sensitive information.

Emergencies and Crisis Situations

DON cannot contact emergency services, dispatch assistance, conduct welfare checks, or guarantee that a message will be reviewed by a person.

If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, considering harming yourself or another person, or believe someone else is at immediate risk:

  • Contact local emergency services immediately
  • Go to the nearest emergency department
  • Contact an appropriate crisis service
  • Tell a trusted person who can provide immediate assistance

In the United States and its territories, you may call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. In an emergency, call 911.

If you are outside the United States, contact the emergency or crisis service available in your location.

Do not wait for a response from DON or Paridym Agency Inc. before seeking emergency assistance.

High-Risk and Dangerous Activities

Do not use DON while driving, operating machinery, handling weapons, participating in dangerous physical activity, or performing any task that requires your full attention.

Do not rely on DON for:

  • Emergency navigation
  • Disaster response
  • Medical triage
  • Dosage calculations
  • Safety-critical instructions
  • Workplace safety decisions
  • Weapons handling
  • Illegal or dangerous activity
  • Decisions where an error could cause death, injury, or substantial property damage

Stop using DON immediately if its use distracts you or creates a safety risk.

Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Using reasonable judgment
  • Evaluating recommendations before acting
  • Confirming important facts
  • Setting safe and realistic goals
  • Obtaining professional guidance when appropriate
  • Protecting your account and devices
  • Deciding what information to provide
  • Following applicable laws and safety requirements

Do not provide information about another person unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate authorization to do so.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use DON to:

  • Facilitate violence or credible threats
  • Encourage suicide or self-harm
  • Exploit, abuse, groom, or endanger a minor
  • Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material
  • Harass, stalk, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate
  • Commit fraud, impersonation, or identity theft
  • Obtain unauthorized access to accounts, devices, or systems
  • Create or distribute malware
  • Violate another person’s privacy
  • Provide illegal professional services
  • Facilitate unlawful drug, weapon, or trafficking activity
  • Engage in conduct prohibited by the DON Terms of Service

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account presents a legal, security, or safety risk.

Reporting Safety Concerns

To report unsafe content, suspected underage use, account misuse, or another safety concern, email support@paridym.ai.

Use one of these subject lines when applicable:

  • Safety Report
  • Underage User Report
  • Security Report
  • Harmful AI Response

Include only the information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue. Redact passwords, verification codes, authentication tokens, financial details, medical records, and information belonging to other people.

Reporting through support is not appropriate for emergencies. Support messages are not continuously monitored.

Privacy and Safety Reviews

To protect users, DON, and the public, we may review limited account or service information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Investigate a reported safety issue
  • Detect fraud or abuse
  • Protect accounts and systems
  • Enforce our Terms of Service
  • Comply with law
  • Respond to valid legal process
  • Address an immediate threat where disclosure is legally permitted

Any review will be handled according to the DON Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We do not promise that every harmful message, incorrect response, or policy violation will be detected or prevented.

Account Restrictions and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to:

  • Enforce the 18+ requirement
  • Investigate unsafe or prohibited conduct
  • Protect users or third parties
  • Prevent fraud or unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Protect the integrity of DON

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Immediate action may be taken when we reasonably believe delay could create a security, legal, or safety risk.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that, by their nature, survive termination.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice as DON’s features, safety practices, or legal obligations change.

The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
