DON is designed to work with supported Apple accessibility features, including VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, system contrast settings, and accessible control labels. Accessibility can vary by device, operating-system version, feature, and third-party content.
Request help or report a barrier
Email support@paridym.ai with the subject “Accessibility.”
If possible, include:
- the DON app version;
- device model and operating-system version;
- the accessibility feature or assistive technology being used;
- the screen or workflow affected; and
- a description of the problem.
Do not include passwords, authentication codes, private health records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
We welcome accessibility feedback and will make reasonable efforts to address verified barriers.
