Effective date: October 11, 2026
This notice supplements the DON Privacy Policy and explains how Paridym Agency Inc. uses third-party artificial-intelligence providers to deliver DON features.
Your choice
DON asks for explicit permission before sending your information to OpenAI or xAI. DON may ask whether it may:
- send prompts, microphone audio, transcripts, and relevant saved context to OpenAI and xAI to provide AI features; and
- include relevant sensitive context, which may concern health and fitness, calendars and reminders, relationships, religious preferences, finances, or imported AI history.
Permission is optional. If you do not consent, account and privacy controls remain available, but AI conversations, voice processing, and personalized AI features will not work.
You may withdraw permission under System & Privacy → AI Data Processing. Withdrawal stops future provider processing but does not undo processing already completed.
What may be sent
Depending on the feature you choose, DON may send:
- text you enter and relevant recent conversation context;
- microphone recordings and transcripts for voice features;
- your preferred name and pronunciation when needed for personalization;
- relevant goals, plans, workouts, memories, calendar items, reminders, connected-service information, or health and fitness summaries;
- relevant relationship, religious-preference, financial, or personal-growth context; and
- excerpts you intentionally submit for AI-history import.
DON is designed to send context relevant to the request, not the entirety of your account. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, private cryptographic keys, or information you do not want processed by an AI provider.
Providers and purposes
- OpenAI may process AI text, safety-moderation, transcription, or speech requests used to provide DON responses.
- xAI may process Grok text, web-search, realtime voice, transcription, speech, or voice-preview requests.
- Supabase provides authentication, database, storage, logging, and server-side routing supporting those requests.
These providers process information under their applicable business terms and contractual obligations. Paridym does not authorize OpenAI or xAI to train general-purpose models on DON API content.
Provider retention depends on the account, endpoint, configuration, and applicable contract. OpenAI states that API abuse-monitoring logs may generally be retained for up to 30 days unless different approved controls apply. Paridym does not claim zero provider retention unless it has confirmed that configuration for the applicable production account and endpoint.
Human review and automated output
DON output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. Paridym personnel do not routinely read private conversations, but authorized personnel or providers may access limited information when reasonably necessary for support, security, abuse investigation, legal compliance, or incident response.
Important limits
DON is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, accountant, investment adviser, fiduciary, emergency service, or substitute for a qualified professional. Do not rely on DON for diagnosis, treatment, emergency decisions, legal conclusions, or individualized financial recommendations.
Questions and rights
You may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or consent history through DON or by emailing privacy@paridym.ai.
