You may request deletion of your DON account and associated personal information regardless of where you live.
Delete from the app
- Sign in to DON.
- Open More.
- Open System & Privacy.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the notice and submit the deletion request.
DON signs you out after the request is submitted. We may contact you if additional verification is reasonably necessary to protect the account.
If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@paridym.ai from the email address associated with your DON account. Use the subject “Delete My DON Account.”
Include only:
- your account email address;
- your DON username, if known; and
- a statement that you want the account deleted.
Never send your password, authentication code, payment-card information, private health records, or a full conversation export by email.
What deletion covers
After verification, deletion covers the account and associated production data held by Paridym, including profile information, conversations, saved context, goals, plans, workouts, memories, and connected-service content, except information that must or may lawfully be retained for security, fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping, legal compliance, or legal claims.
Where required, we instruct applicable processors or recipients to delete covered information. Information in encrypted backups is isolated from ordinary use and removed through the backup-rotation cycle, targeted within 90 days unless legal preservation is required.
Apple subscriptions
Deleting your DON account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it separately:
